This page describes how the WC Order Sync website (this site) and the WC Order Sync WordPress plugin handle personal information. Last updated: 2026.

What this website collects

We collect minimal usage information when you visit this site: standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). We use these logs to operate the site and to investigate abuse. Logs are kept for 90 days then deleted.

We do not run any third-party advertising tracker on this website.

What the plugin collects

The plugin runs on your own WordPress server. It does not contact us — it only contacts the “Remote base URL” you configure in the plugin settings. We have no way to see what the plugin sends from your server.

On every completed WooCommerce order, the plugin assembles a JSON payload (order reference, amount, currency, billing email, shipping address, cart line items) and POSTs it to your endpoint with an HMAC-SHA256 signature. That endpoint is operated by you, not by us.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use a single session cookie when you sign in to your operator account. That cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and removed when you log out.
