Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the WC Order Sync plugin and any services offered through this website. By installing the plugin or creating an account here, you accept the terms below.

Licence

The plugin is distributed under a proprietary licence. You may install it on the number of WooCommerce shops covered by your active plan and use it for your own commercial operations. You may not redistribute the plugin or any modified version of it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the plugin and the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of any third-party services your implementation depends on (your hosting provider, your destination cloud storage, etc.). You are solely responsible for the content of the daily report the plugin uploads from your shop to the destination folder you configure.

Subscription and refunds

Plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel from the customer portal at any time and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Within 14 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund by emailing billing@wc-order-sync.com.

No warranty

The plugin is provided “as is”. We do our best to test it against current WooCommerce releases but we make no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing the integration before relying on it for production traffic.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Termination

You can stop using the plugin at any time by uninstalling it. We can terminate your access to the website if you breach these terms. The plugin will continue to function on your server even after the account is terminated — the licence is revocable for new downloads only.
